At Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University (BSRU), we are deeply committed to supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with particular emphasis on SDG 1: No Poverty. To promote equal opportunities in education, the university offers financial assistance to students from low-income backgrounds. In 2024, 65.02% of our students benefited from such support, allowing them to continue their studies without being hindered by economic barriers. Through this initiative, BSRU aims to break the cycle of poverty by equipping students with the education, skills, and opportunities necessary for future success.
BSRU’s financial aid program goes beyond offering short-term assistance, aiming instead to create lasting impact. By ensuring access to higher education, we empower students to improve their future prospects, actively contribute to society, and support the development of their communities. Our dedication to SDG 1 extends outside the university, as we collaborate with local and national partners to implement initiatives that tackle poverty at its foundation, reinforcing BSRU’s role as a driver of sustainable development.
