At Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University (BSRU), we are committed to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a strong focus on SDG 1: No Poverty. As part of our mission to ensure equal access to education, BSRU provides financial aid to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. In 2023, 64.94% of our student body received financial support, enabling them to pursue higher education despite financial challenges. This initiative is central to our goal of breaking the cycle of poverty by empowering students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

BSRU’s financial aid program is not only about providing immediate support but also about fostering long-term change. By giving students the opportunity to access higher education, we are equipping them to contribute meaningfully to society, enhance their economic prospects, and uplift their communities. Our commitment to SDG 1 extends beyond our campus, as we actively engage with local and national partners to implement programs that address poverty at its roots, further strengthening the university’s role in driving sustainable development.
