Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University (BSRU) is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment. To this end, the university has implemented a non-discriminatory admissions policy, which reflects its dedication to ensuring equal access to education for all prospective students, regardless of their financial status or background.
1.Equitable Application Acceptance
In accordance with Chapter 1, Section 9 of Rajabhat University Act B.E. 2547 (page 3), the university may neither reject any application for study filed by any individual nor halt or suspend a student’s enrollment based solely on financial constraints related to tuition fees. This policy underscores BSRU’s commitment to providing equitable opportunities for education, ensuring that financial limitations do not hinder access to learning for any aspiring student.
2.Disability Access Scheme
Under BSRU’s Disability Access Scheme, students with disabilities are exempted from paying tuition fees, in alignment with the financial support policies set forth by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation. This initiative not only removes financial barriers for disabled students but also promotes educational equality and inclusivity within the university community. Currently, BSRU allocates a quota specifically for students with disabilities, with a total of 19 students benefiting from this supportive scheme.

3.Gender Non-Discrimination Policy
BSRU has adopted a Gender Non-Discrimination Policy to ensure equality, dignity, and respect for all individuals within the university community. The policy prohibits discrimination against women, transgender persons, and LGBTQI individuals, and promotes a culture of inclusivity where all genders have equal opportunities. It also establishes mechanisms to prevent and address inappropriate sexual behaviors in the workplace, reinforcing BSRU’s commitment to human rights and gender equality.

4.Gender Equality and Equity Policy
Recently, BSRU has also issued a Gender Equality and Equity Policy to align with the Thai Constitution (2017) and the Gender Equality Act (2015). The policy applies to all personnel and students, ensuring that individuals of all genders, gender identities, and sexual orientations are treated with dignity and respect. It prohibits harassment, discrimination, and bias based on gender or sexuality, and promotes an inclusive environment where equality and human rights are upheld across the university community.
