Policy addressing poverty
Pursuant to the 20-year Strategic Plan of Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University(2021 – 2025), the University has adopted the Academic Freedom Policy set out on pages 33-34 as stated in University Council Policy (Item 11.3: Personnel and 11.4: Research and Innovation, points (3)-(5). That all lecturers, staff, and graduate students are encouraged to undertake research studies that contribute to the attainment of academic standing. They are also encouraged to conduct innovative research in their own field and/or from available curricula prioritizing national and international publications. Furthermore, the Academic Freedom Policy is consistent with the Policy of the University, the guidelines for university operation in Section 5, on promoting the capabilities of teachers to develop creative innovation by utilizing diverse teaching methods, emphasizing the autonomy of teachers in their teaching approach in subsections 1.1-1.3, page 36, on enhancing research expertise among all faculty members in every program, promoting the dissemination and publication of their work in various formats, as outlined in subsections 2.1-2.4, page 37, and on creating systems and management conducive to SMART TEACHERS in personnel management, as stated in subsections 5.1.1, page 38.
